Here is a little applied psychology to help you, a few hints and tips to help those struggling with being thrust into the role of teacher while their kids are forced to stay off school.
I didnt ask for this!
It's important to remember you are now doing a job you didn't ask for, you have been thrust into a situation with little prior warning. Your usual routine has been disrupted and as such you may feel frustrated. We are not all born to be teachers. As with all difficult emotions, it's easier if you speak it out. The simple mantra "i feel... And this is why...." name it and it has less hold on you. Try not to vent your frustrations on your kids, they too have lost their routines and now have to put up with an impromptu teacher.
while it may seem an imposition, perhaps this can be a time for growth.
